Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with ICU experience to provide specialized patient care in a critical care unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical proficiency and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and ICU experience of at least 2 years.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Ability to adapt to shift schedules, including nights.
