Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse with a strong background in critical care. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergent situations.
• Document patient progress accurately using electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulations.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid BSN and current RN license.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Have proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system.
• Demonstrate previous travel or contract nursing experience.
• Be able to work all three shifts weekly, including weekends.
• Be willing to accommodate RTO requests that do not conflict with shift coverage.
