Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to provide exceptional patient care throughout maternity, antepartum, intra-partum, and postpartum stages. The role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the safety and comfort of mothers and newborns.

Responsibilities:

• Administer direct nursing care to patients in labor, delivery, and postpartum settings.
• Monitor and evaluate fetal heart tones, contraction patterns, and maternal vital signs.
• Prepare and assist with obstetric procedures, including cesarean sections and deliveries.
• Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Float to other units such as pediatric or adult floors as needed to support team coverage.
• Maintain compliance with ACLS, BLS, and NRP certification requirements and hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 3-5 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic/Stork electronic health records.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered maternity care.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
