Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist with 1-2 years of relevant experience to provide respiratory care in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work day shifts and adapt to floating within hospital facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments, procedures, and assessments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all treatments, assessments, and patient progress.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards at all times.
• Complete required compliance and credentialing documentation prior to start.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid respiratory therapy license to work in the state.
• Possess 1-2 years of experience in med/tele, acute rehab, LTACH, CCU, or ICU settings.
• Be willing to work 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shifts, including every other Sunday.
• Demonstrate proficiency with patient monitoring and ventilator management.
• Be capable of floating within hospital units and to affiliate hospitals as needed.
• Complete all health clearance requirements, including immunizations and background screening.
