Job Summary:

Provide specialized substance use disorder treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsible for delivering individualized care, conducting psycho-educational sessions, and documenting patient progress to support recovery efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive substance use disorder treatment according to established protocols.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support patient recovery.
• Educate patients on substance use, treatment plans, and relapse prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress in medical records.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and report to the Clinical Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and clinical standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Washington State SUDP license as a counselor.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in addiction treatment.
• Have a minimum of a two-year degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Trainees must have at least 1,800 hours of work experience with active SUDP licensure.
• Demonstrate ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
