Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment, guaranteeing 30 hours per week. The role requires immediate availability to support patient care and therapy operations.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and procedures to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and modify therapy interventions as needed.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess recent outpatient or inpatient therapy experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Be able to start immediately and commit to the 13-week assignment.
