Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced CT Tech to join Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC. The role involves performing routine and trauma-related CT exams in a high-volume, accredited facility, supporting both ED and inpatient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE CT equipment independently to perform routine exams for ED and inpatient patients.
• Conduct trauma pan scans, head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and CTA procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation within Meditech and adhere to safety and patient care standards.
• Maintain proficiency with advanced CT equipment and stay updated on best practices.
• Collaborate with radiology team to deliver consistent, high-quality imaging services.

Qualifications:

• ARRT Radiography certification required; CT certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of CT experience in a trauma or acute care setting.
• Demonstrated ability to operate GE CT scanners independently.
• Strong knowledge of trauma imaging protocols and patient care standards.
• Ability to perform a wide range of routine and trauma imaging procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
