Job Summary:
Provide specialized support in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory by assisting with procedures, monitoring patients, and ensuring optimal functioning of equipment. This role requires a team-oriented technician with the ability to manage stressful situations effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and responses throughout procedures.
• Prepare and operate catheterization lab equipment, including Philips systems.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with scrubbing and monitoring procedures.
• Manage moderate conscious sedation under supervision.
• Adhere to unit policies and participate in on-call rotations as scheduled.

Qualifications:

• Hold current ARRT (CI) or (CV) certification or RCIS credential required.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent acute care hospital Cath Lab experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Meditech EMR and Mac Lab systems.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Be a proactive team player with a go-getter attitude.
