Job Summary:
Provides specialized speech therapy assessments and interventions to patients, aiming to improve communication and swallowing functions. Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities to establish treatment needs.
• Design and implement therapeutic programs tailored to each patient's condition.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
• Collaborate with clinicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Possess a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Demonstrate current knowledge of speech and language therapy techniques.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
