Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to dialysis patients by assessing their condition, planning treatment, and monitoring progress. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective and safe dialysis treatments while educating patients on self-care and disease management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and deliver dialysis treatments to patients with chronic renal failure.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with physician orders.
• Monitor patient responses during dialysis, adjusting procedures as needed.
• Educate patients on dietary restrictions, medication adherence, and vascular access care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, treatment plans, and communication with healthcare team.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and stocking of dialysis equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Current state Registered Nurse licensure in Utah.
• Proven experience in a dialysis setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of renal pathophysiology and dialysis procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• BLS certification required.
