Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide critical patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and adaptability to varied shift schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care in fast-paced emergency settings.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations promptly.
• Document patient interactions accurately using Epic electronic health record software.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Comply with travel and licensing requirements, including timely labs, verifications, and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Valid California RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through AHA or Red Cross.
• Epic EHR experience essential.
• Ability to work variable shifts including evenings and overnights.
• Successful completion of background checks and work history verification.
