Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for inpatient rehab with a set schedule from Tuesday to Saturday. The role involves providing specialized rehabilitation services in a hospital environment and ensuring compliance with all facility policies.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in inpatient rehab.
• Deliver hands-on therapy and monitor patient progress throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with medical team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Float within hospital units or to nearby affiliates as needed.
• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and documentation protocols.
• Complete required modules during orientation and annually through Relias.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist required at time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a rehab hospital setting.
• Demonstrate inpatient rehab experience with a strong clinical background.
• Possess BLS certification.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening, including nicotine test.
• Experience working in a NICU or similar environment a plus.
