Job Summary:


Seeking a skilled CT Scan Technologist to perform high-quality imaging procedures in a fast-paced teaching hospital environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, with experience in trauma scans and Siemens equipment.



Responsibilities:

• Operate Siemens Force, Somaris, and Somatom Definition CT scanners to acquire detailed diagnostic images.
  
• Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring safety protocols are followed and radiation badges are maintained.
  
• Float within scope and assist sister facilities as needed to meet operational demands.
  
• Document procedures accurately within the Epic system and adhere to radiology department guidelines.
  
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and radiation safety requirements.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold active ARRT RT (R) (CT) certification and SCRQSA (R) (CT) credentials.
  
• Possess at least 6 months of experience in a Level 1 Trauma setting; 1-year experience preferred.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency with Siemens CT equipment.
  
• Maintain current BLS certification.
  
• Have in-hand South Carolina RN license or eligibility; pending licenses considered with proof of application.
