Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced RN to join the stepdown unit on night shifts. This position involves providing specialized care and managing patient recovery in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for first-time travelers.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and facility protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical status regularly.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain compliance with BLS, ACLS, and NIH requirements.
• Float to similar units as needed to support facility operations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid, in-state or compact RN license at the time of submission.
• Possess 1 year of recent stepdown or ICU experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required and must be in-hand at submission.
• Demonstrate the ability to work night shifts and weekends consistently.
• Show capacity to adapt to floating and unit changes efficiently.
