Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall physical function. The role involves collaborating with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care and monitor patient progress.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to restore mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and preventative strategies.
• Document treatment sessions and update records to track progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize care.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust therapies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or registration as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Possess excellent communication and patient-focused skills.
• Prior experience in physical therapy preferred but not required.
