Job Summary:

Seeking a highly motivated Histology Technician to join the team for evening shifts. The candidate will perform high-volume histology procedures independently, supporting clinical laboratory operations with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process tissue specimens for microscopic examination.
• Accurately perform high-volume histology tasks independently.
• Maintain precise documentation of laboratory procedures and results.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards in all laboratory activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of results.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in cytotechnology or an equivalent field.
• Possess Cytology experience or relevant laboratory background.
• Maintain an American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Histology Technician certification.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently under high-volume conditions.
• Be capable of handling a fast-paced laboratory environment with minimal supervision.
