Job Summary:
Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing rehabilitation services to patients. Support patients through therapy exercises and daily activities to promote functional independence and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans designed by occupational therapists.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising therapists.
• Maintain clean and safe therapy environments.
• Document patient interactions and therapy sessions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license or certification.
• Previous experience in a clinical therapy setting preferred.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess the ability to follow detailed treatment protocols.
• Exhibit patience and empathy when working with patients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
