Job Summary:

Provide specialized neonatal care to critically ill newborns in the NICU, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through skilled clinical interventions and support.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced neonatal nursing care to critically ill infants in the NICU setting.
• Float between NICU, postpartum, and NRP duties to support staffing needs.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage ventilator and IV therapies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of patient progress and clinical interventions.

Qualifications:

• Possess an active RN license.
• Hold current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrate recent (within the last 3 months) neonatal or postpartum specialty experience.
• Able to work night shifts with a schedule of 36-48 hours.
• Must provide start date, RTO details, birthdate, and SSN upon employment.
