Job Summary:

Provide high-quality outpatient nursing care to patients in a busy clinic setting. Support physicians and healthcare teams with patient assessments, treatments, and education to promote optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient triage and assist with initial assessments to determine care needs.
• Administer medications and vaccines accurately according to physician orders.
• Document patient information, vital signs, and clinical notes in electronic health records.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication usage, and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in compliance with protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and current LVN or LPN license.
• Possess previous experience in outpatient, clinic, or ambulatory care settings.
• Demonstrate strong patient communication and assessment skills.
• Be proficient in basic clinical procedures and documentation.
• Exhibit ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain required CPR and BLS certifications.
