Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with labor and delivery experience to provide comprehensive care in a high-volume maternity unit. The ideal candidate will support physiologic birth practices and demonstrate proficiency in various clinical areas.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor fetal well-being using fetal monitoring technology and respond appropriately to data.
• Assist with cesarean sections, recoveries, and postpartum management, supporting all areas as needed.
• Support physiologic birth methods, including water labor and birth, birth slings, and epidurals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote Baby Friendly initiatives and couplet care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active California RN license and current BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent labor and delivery experience, including cesarean sections and postpartum.
• Demonstrate experience with Epic charting and familiarity with level 1 nursery procedures.
• Be willing to work day shifts on a 3x12 schedule with block scheduling flexibility.
• Have recent work history verification and current certifications in hand at submission.
