Job Summary:

Assists licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative services to patients. Supports treatment plans by implementing therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote patient recovery and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and execute patient treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions under supervision
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments
• Assist with set-up and maintenance of therapeutic equipment and modalities
• Educate patients and families on exercises and ongoing care strategies

Qualifications:

• Possess an active Physical Therapy Assistant license or credential
• Demonstrate knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and modalities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred
