Job Summary:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term and short-term care facility, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and promoting patient well-being. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and document observations diligently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and health regulations.
• Ensure accurate charting and record-keeping for all patient interactions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active nursing license with relevant state licensure.
• Possess previous experience in skilled nursing facilities or similar settings.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Carry current CPR and BLS certifications.
