Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech to support the cardiac catheterization laboratory at a busy hospital. This role involves performing various diagnostic and interventional procedures to assist cardiologists in patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor specialized cardiac catheterization equipment during procedures.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic tests such as LHC, RHC, PPM insertions, and other interventional procedures.
• Ensure proper patient preparation, positioning, and post-procedure care following safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic medical records of procedures and patient data.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety guidelines, and equipment protocols to promote a safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification and license as a Cath Lab Tech.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a cath lab, ICU, or related cardiology setting.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Proficiency in common procedures such as stress tests, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and port insertions.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work flexible hours, including rotating weekends and holidays.
