Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Circulating RN for a Cardiovascular Operating Room specializing in cardiothoracic surgery. The role involves providing surgical support in a fast-paced environment with call responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist with cardiothoracic surgeries, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Circulate during procedures, managing sterile fields and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Prepare surgical equipment and assist surgeons during operation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and state regulations before and during assignments.
• Complete onboarding requirements, including labs and modules, within designated timeframes.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state or compact license at the time of submission.
• Possess 1-3 years of experience in a cardiothoracic or cardiovascular surgery setting.
• Demonstrate ability to circulate in the OR; scrub experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
• Ability to work 4x10-hour days, with call responsibilities.
