Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional perioperative care in the operating room. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple surgical specialties and demonstrate proficient charting and technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures while maintaining strict aseptic techniques.
• Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment, including DaVinci robots, endovascular devices, and ophthalmic tools.
• Document procedures accurately in Epic and other electronic health records.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and medical staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to all compliance, licensing, and onboarding requirements, including timely completion of training modules.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state or compact license in nursing before submission.
• Possess a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in surgical nursing, including ortho, neuro, vascular, urology, or general surgery.
• Demonstrate familiarity with Epic charting and OR protocols.
• Travel experience preferred; must comply with Tier 2 travel regulations.
• Show proficiency with advanced surgical technologies like DaVinci Robots and endovascular procedures.
