Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for operating room support, specializing in orthopedic, general, neuro, vascular, and urology procedures. The role involves providing critical perioperative care in a dynamic surgical setting, with preference for travel experience and advanced skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide surgical nursing care for patients undergoing various procedures within the operating room.
• Assist surgeons by preparing sterile fields and managing surgical instruments and tools.
• Document patient information accurately in Epic electronic health record system.
• Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout surgical procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with infection control standards.
• Participate in on-site orientation and complete mandatory module training within 48 hours of contract start.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state or compact nursing license at the time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 1.5 years of recent OR nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic charting with experience in orthopedic, general, neuro, vascular, and urology surgeries.
• Experience with Da Vinci robots, endovascular procedures, and ophthalmic surgeries is a plus.
• Capable of working 4x10-hour shifts Monday through Friday with rotating days off.
• Comply with travel restrictions and onboarding requirements.
