Job Summary:
Responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray and radiologic equipment to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. Ensures safety, comfort, and quality standards are maintained throughout each procedure.

Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment accurately and efficiently according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Prepare and assess all equipment prior to procedures, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Monitor patient physical and physiological comfort, making adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate daily imaging schedules and adjust procedures based on clinical needs.
• Document procedures thoroughly and maintain accurate patient records.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, troubleshoot issues, and report malfunctions promptly.

Qualifications:

• Possess 1-3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of imaging equipment setup, utilization, and troubleshooting.
• Hold current NJ State RT License and ARRT certification.
• Be familiar with the latest clinical practices, healthcare informatics, and technological advancements in radiology.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving, initiative, and analytical skills, along with excellent communication abilities.
