Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit, monitoring critical changes and ensuring optimal outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions regularly to identify early signs of deterioration.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations with appropriate interventions.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and clinical regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid registered nurse license with at least 2 years of recent experience in a PCU or Stepdown unit.
• Possess current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work a 7pm-7am schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Capable of multitasking in a high-acuity environment.
