Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Dosimetrist to support radiation therapy planning by accurately calculating and developing treatment plans. The ideal candidate will collaborate with radiation oncologists and medical team members to ensure precise patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate radiation treatment plans based on physician prescriptions and imaging data
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists and medical staff to modify and optimize plans
• Maintain detailed documentation of all treatment planning activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and radiation therapy protocols
• Stay updated with advancements in radiation therapy technologies and techniques

Qualifications:

• Min of 2 years of recent experience as a Dosimetrist in radiation therapy
• ARRT - RRT certification and required AHA BLS certification
• Proficient in radiation treatment planning software and imaging modalities
• Strong understanding of radiation oncology principles and safety standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
