Job Summary:

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver timely interventions and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately upon arrival.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient status and document clinical observations.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and perform life-saving procedures.
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license.
• Possess recent ER nursing experience.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Be able to work every third weekend and overtime as needed.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
