Job Summary:
Providing skilled support to patients through physical therapy interventions, the Physical Therapy Assistant collaborates with licensed therapists to improve patient outcomes and restore mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
  
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
  
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to treatment.
  
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and injury prevention.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment environment in compliance with safety standards.
  
• Adhere to all clinical protocols and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapy Assistant license or credential.
  
• Possess a minimum of 1–2 years of experience, preferably with orthopedic cases.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in outpatient orthopedic therapy, including Post-Operative Care.
  
• Have excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow clinical directives.
