Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support patient care in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical procedures and strong proficiency with EMR systems to effectively assist providers and enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform EKGs, vital signs, and room patients efficiently.
• Update patient charts and respond to provider messages accurately.
• Assist with injections, immunizations, and other clinical tasks as required.
• Prepare patients for exams and ensure all clinical documentation is complete.
• Participate in EMR training sessions and adhere to compliance protocols.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Medical Assistant (MA) certification or CMA credential.
• Have prior experience with EPIC EMR systems.
• Demonstrate excellent patient care, communication, and organizational skills.
• Be able to commute within a 30-45 minute radius of the location.
• Capable of working 8a-4:30p shifts with flexibility for training sessions.
