Job Summary:
Provides specialized rehabilitative care to patients through assessment, treatment, and therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain. Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions to determine appropriate therapy plans.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment programs to enhance mobility and function.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust therapies accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance.
• Document treatment sessions and update patient records in accordance with regulations.
• Comply with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized treatment environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitative techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
