Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist for immediate placement in an adult critical care environment. The role requires providing comprehensive respiratory support to adult patients, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and compliance with hospital standards.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and effective respiratory care to adult patients in critical care and emergency settings.
• Administer treatments, monitor ventilators, and evaluate patient responses continuously.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and clinical observations.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety policies, and compliance regulations.
• Float within scope across departments and facilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Maryland or Compact Respiratory Therapist license at the time of application.
• Possess at least 2 years of Adult Critical Care or Emergency Department experience.
• Demonstrate ACLS and BLS certification.
• Be able to work night shifts (3x12 hours) from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments and follow protocols.
• Candidates with first-time traveler experience are welcome.
