Job Summary:
Provides outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to patients recovering from surgery or injury. Ensures treatment plans promote healing, mobility, and overall functional improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions to develop personalized therapy plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment techniques for orthopedic post-operative recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust therapy plans accordingly, and document outcomes.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Possess CPR/BLS certification.
• Demonstrate experience in orthopedic post-op rehabilitation.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts.
• Maintain a drug-free status with negative nicotine/cotinine reports.
