Job Summary:

Provide specialized emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ED environment. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions to stabilize and treat trauma and critical cases.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency care and monitor patient vital signs to assess condition changes.
• Document clinical findings and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and discharge instructions.
• Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Manage emergency equipment and ensure readiness for rapid response situations.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current registration; willingness to review pending state licenses.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience.
• EPIC EMR proficiency required.
• Must wear navy blue scrubs and adhere to dress code standards.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work 13-week assignments, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
