Job Summary:
Provide specialized neonatal intensive care to critically ill newborns in a fast-paced environment. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to support patient recovery and family needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess neonatal patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, medication administration, and ventilator management.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate families on neonatal care, procedures, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience preferred.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of neonatal protocols and advanced life support procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
