Job Summary:

Provide specialized intensive care nursing to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through expert clinical skills and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs, responses, and progress to identify any changes requiring immediate attention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record and maintain thorough clinical records.
• Assist with invasive procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and bronchoscopy as required.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid registered nurse license with current acute care hospital ICU experience of at least one year.
• Maintain BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications; cardiac experience preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ventilator management, vasopressor titration, and critical care procedures.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to adapt to high-acuity and rapidly changing clinical situations.
