Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced CT Tech to join the radiology team at Grand Strand Medical Center. This role involves operating GE CT equipment to perform routine and trauma-specific imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE CT scanners independently to perform diagnostic imaging exams for ED and inpatient patients.
• Conduct routine CT scans including trauma pan scans, head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and CTA procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
• Document procedures accurately within the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with medical staff to meet clinical imaging needs and ensure quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT Radiography certification; CT certification preferred.
• Possess at least 1 year of experience in a level 1 trauma setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating GE CT equipment and performing routine exams independently.
• Exhibit strong clinical skills and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care under pressure.
