Job Summary:
Provide specialized neonatal intensive care to critically ill newborns in a fast-paced clinical environment. Ensure high-quality patient care by applying advanced nursing skills and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and tailor neonatal assessments and interventions to meet patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Educate families about neonatal care and support during the hospitalization.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active California RN license.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience within the past 3 months.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic and Cerner electronic health record systems.
• Have recent experience (within the last 12 months) using Epic and Cerner, with a minimum of 6 months in Epic.
• BLS and Advanced NRP certifications required.
