Job Details

Job Summary:
Perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to department protocols and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment to produce detailed CT scans according to physician orders.
• Ensure proper patient positioning, immobilization, and safety throughout the imaging process.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and assist with prep and post-procedure care.
• Follow all safety protocols, including radiation safety measures, to protect patients and staff.
• Collaborate with radiology team to optimize imaging quality and workflow.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT (CT) certification and meet state licensing requirements prior to start.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent CT technologist experience; 1-year experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment and patient care.
• Ability to pass required orientation tests, including cardiac dysrhythmia and moderate sedation when applicable.
• Possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
