Job Summary:
The LTAC MS/Tele RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term acute care setting during night shifts. The role requires thorough clinical skills, ability to handle complex cases, and adherence to facility policies.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, medications, and patient responses accurately.
• Provide safe medication administration and manage emergency situations effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
• Float within scope to meet staffing needs and assist lower acuity units as required.
• Adhere to all compliance and documentation standards, including timely submission of required certifications.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license or pending license with eligibility to practice.
• Demonstrate at least 1–2 years of recent nursing experience in acute or critical care settings.
• Pass cardiac arrhythmia and medication tests on the first day of orientation.
• Possess current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Willing to work night shifts, with flexibility to accommodate on-call and holiday coverage.
• Capable of passing fit and testing requirements, including potential onsite shaving for fit testing.
