Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide adult critical care and emergency department support. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapies and procedures to adult patients in critical care and emergency settings.
• Assess patient respiratory status and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and operate advanced respiratory equipment, ensuring optimal function.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and treatment.
• Document clinical interventions and patient responses accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Maryland or Compact Respiratory Therapist license at the time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of adult critical care or emergency department experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in adult respiratory procedures and equipment.
• Maintain current certifications, including ACLS and BLS.
• Be able to pass travel compliance requirements and provide professional references.
