Job Summary:

A Speech Language Pathologist provides assessment and therapy services to patients with speech, language, and communication disorders, ensuring optimal patient outcomes across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' speech, language, and cognitive-communication abilities to determine treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with patient goals and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and track progress.
• Document patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately.
• Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate diverse patient needs and abilities.
• Provide patient and family education on strategies to improve communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Possess a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple locations as required.
• Prior experience in outpatient or clinical settings is preferred.
