Job Summary:
Provides specialized patient care to telemetry unit patients, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms to ensure optimal health outcomes. Collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and interpret cardiac monitoring data to identify arrhythmias or complications.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient progress and nursing interventions accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment following infection control protocols.
• Adhere to hospital policies and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations during all patient interactions.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the respective state or country.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent telemetry nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring equipment and arrhythmia recognition.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work every third weekend and adhere to scheduled shift hours.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
