Job Summary:
The Cath Lab Tech is responsible for performing endovascular procedures to diagnose and treat cardiac and peripheral vascular diseases. They assist physicians by preparing equipment, monitoring patient hemodynamics, and ensuring procedural accuracy within a fast-paced diagnostic and interventional cardiology environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain high-technology imaging equipment during procedures.
• Prepare patient access sites and maintain sterile fields to ensure procedural safety.
• Monitor and document patient hemodynamic status throughout interventions.
• Recognize and respond promptly to life-threatening arrhythmias and complications.
• Assist physicians by scrubbing in and setting up vascular access and closure systems.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols, including isolation precautions.

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT R.T. registration and WV or compact state license required.
• Minimum of 1.5-2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology or Cath Lab settings.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Experience with Siemens equipment and vascular procedures preferred.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Valid state license and include certification documentation upon submission.
