Job Summary:
Assist in clinical laboratory operations by performing a variety of diagnostic tests and procedures. Ensure accurate, timely results while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Collect blood and other specimens following proper protocols.
• Prepare and process samples for laboratory analysis.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with precision.
• Document test results accurately and report findings to medical staff.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Support laboratory team in daily operations and procedural compliance.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Hold a valid Phlebotomy Certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency in specimen collection and processing.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of laboratory safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
