Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse for night shifts in the Labor and Delivery unit. The role involves providing comprehensive maternal and neonatal care within a dynamic LDRP model, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Administer primary nursing care to obstetric patients during night shifts.
• Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, utilizing advanced fetal monitoring techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Comply with hospital policies, safety standards, and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current RN license in the state of practice.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years recent experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Maintain certifications including NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring.
• Demonstrate proficiency with the LDRP care model and obstetric procedures.
• Be able to provide RTO, Birthdate, and Social upon request for credential verification.
