Job Summary:
Assist surgeons and surgical teams by preparing operating rooms and surgical instruments, ensuring a sterile environment, and supporting sterile procedures during surgeries. Operate under the supervision of the surgeon to facilitate efficient surgical processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments and supplies for surgical procedures.
• Sterilize and organize surgical tools to maintain a sterile environment.
• Assist surgical team during procedures by passing instruments and handling sterile supplies.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the operating environment throughout surgeries.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Support post-operative cleaning and equipment sterilization procedures.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Possess CPR certification.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge of aseptic techniques and operating room protocols.
• Have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
