Job Summary:

Provides advanced computerized tomography imaging services to assist physicians in diagnosing and monitoring medical conditions. Operates imaging equipment independently, ensuring high-quality results while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for CT scans by explaining procedures and ensuring proper positioning.
• Operate and troubleshoot CT equipment to produce accurate diagnostic images.
• Assess patients’ clinical history and monitor their condition throughout procedures.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, privacy regulations, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and assist with training or orientation of new staff.
• Document procedures accurately and complete all required charting within the Epic system.

Qualifications:

• Maintain ARRT certification in CT and X-ray, with valid CA state license.
• Hold current BLS certification and compliance with CA Fluoro requirements.
• Possess at least 2 years of clinical CT experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic charting systems.
• Willing to work evenings, 4x10-hour shifts from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Be able to travel within 50 miles as required and complete necessary lab work promptly.
